Shop the outside aisles of the grocery store where all of the fresh produce, dairy and meats are stored.  The inner aisles of the store are full of snack and processed foods.  If you don't see these things, they won't end up in your cart and hinder your efforts at body fat reduction.  Shop one or two times per week so you don't run out of fresh foods.  Remain positive, don't expect instant results and find a sensible diet plan that you can follow.
