– Immediately forward information to Administrator – Building/Site Level investigation and/or resolution – Forward to District Compliance Officer when appropriate – Larry Sera, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources – Formal Investigation and/or resolution – Maintain records – Resource and Ombudsperson – Maintain records in conjunction with Compliance Officer

• Malicious harassment may be reported to law enforcement • Students:
– Discipline which may include suspension and/or expulsion depending on mitigating factors – Mandatory training

• A person who initiates a complaint under Policy 3211 and/or participates in the investigation of a complaint will not be retaliated against! • Building Administrators and staff will take appropriate precautions to protect students from retaliation!
