Lap band surgery is a kind of Bariatric surgery (weight loss surgery) which is also called laparoscopic gastric banding surgery. This surgery is suitable for the person who is suffering from morbid obesity. If you want to get rid from the problem of obesity then this one is most preferred surgery. This is minimum invasive surgery. It doesn’t require any cut and staple, only small incision are made to insert lap band device which is made up of silicon. There are many foods which are restricted after lap band surgery. You have to consult with surgeon to find out which food you have to eat. During 1 to 2 week you have to be on liquid.
