Slide 1: ==== ==== It’s them against you! http://43051t6uukd9t6versc636mh8m.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=FIGHT ==== ==== Contrary to popular belief, learning how to street fight is much different than martial arts competition. In street fighting, opponents will come at you usually with full force and only aggression, paying no attention to defense. This can be used to your advantage, as most people who are willing to street fight have no training in defense. Training defensive techniques in fightingm especially with bare hands, is much harder than training how to attack someone. Anyone can figure out how to swing their fists in a way to hurt someone, even if they have no training in boxing or martial arts. If you want to learn how to fight, you should practice with smaller grappling or MMA clubs or, if possible, with bare hands. Practice punching combinations on a heavy bag. Practice kicks with both legs, and work on flexibility. It's also very important that you have good muscle stamina because many street fights become wrestling matches. Even the best kickboxers can have their abilities just neutralized after being taken down and wrestled for a minute. They lose all their energy and can no longer strike effectively if they haven't learned how to fight for wrestling or clinch fighting. But the most effective way to learn how to fight is by sparring with a partner. It's best if you have several partners to spar with as this way you can understand fighting people with different styles. Also, the clinch is incredibly powerful and totally under used. Study the muay thai clinch and all the techniques; there are many more maneuvers, counters, and reversals from the clinch than most people realize. And since in so many street fights, people who have never learned how to fight in close range are trying to wrestle each other to the ground, the clinch is especially practical as a fight can be ended with only one decent knee strike to the face. Always give it your all when learning how to fight; these are life and death situations.
