Today, February 18 United States of America (USA) take on Norway in the men's preliminary round group A Ice Hockey match. The Olympic hockey match between USA and Norway will be played at Canada Hockey place, UBC Thunderbird Arena. USA is the favorite to win todays encounter. A win in today's game will virtually palce them in the semi finals of the mens hockey championship.
USA won its last match against Switzerland by 3-1 with David Backes scoring twice and Ryan Malone finding the net once. Ryan Miller blocked most of the goals for USA agasint the Swiss, who tried hard but all in vain.
On the other hand, Norway lost its last match to Canada by 8-0. It would be after 22 years that USA and Norway will be playing the hockey match. (
