Barry Bonds, the famous baseball player has recently faced a great deal of public trouble. His steroid abuse and issues in court have been played over and over in the media. In order to clean up his image, Bonds needs to admit, publicly, what he has done. He should own up to his mistakes and then deal with them, the whole time making sure people know he is taking control. He should perhaps even take a break from baseball and attempt to clean up his life while doing public charitable work.
