Train anyone. We train your employees for you. Train anytime. Eliminate the need for coordinating schedules. Any time your employee can sit down at our self-service “classroom” is training time. Train anywhere. You don't need office space or a bunch of chairs. Of course, if you want to train multiple employees at one time, you have that option as well.
Slide 3: OGroup MGMT has a successful background in the recruitment and employment of labour in “high-turnover” industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, and horticulture. We've inducted more than 35,000 people over the last 7 years via our businesses (CPE Rural, 740 Park Pty. Ltd., Working Holidays Down Under, and the Park Consulting Group). Along the way, we realized that we needed a better system for delivering training. Serving a multitude of clients from North of Cairns to Hobart in the South, we had all sorts of problems ensuring that full and correct pre-employment inductions were carried out. In 2010 we launched our own internal Training Room to deliver, access, and monitor employee compliance. Although the original Training Room was crude, basic and “lumpy,” the idea was a hit. Improvements were made, and it wasn’t long until our recruitment and on-hire clients were asking to utilise our Training Room for their own training needs; hence, the birth of OTrain.
