Developed, designed and implemented new Performance Management System entitled PDP (Performance Development Process) based upon the idea of management by objectives. Developed timelines and material for training to executives, managers and employees through formal, live group presentations as well as one-on-one and web-based e-learning modules. Led the implementation of company wide Flexible Spending Account system, working directly with FSA service vendor to ensure timely and accurate employee data uploads. Fielded quality/ service concerns from 5 locations, worked with vendor to resolve all issues.
