Try adding Sunfood Lucuma Powder to warm Pau D'Arco or Cat's Claw tea with a slice of Cacao Butter and a teaspoon of Manuka Honey for an added flavor to round out the medicinal teas. § Recipes: Maca Vanilla Ice Cream 1? cups cool processed raw cashews ? cup coconut cream, coconut meat, or raw coconut butter ? cup Sunfood Lucuma Powder ? cup raw honey ? Tbsp raw vanilla powder, or the scraped insides of 2 vanilla beans 1? Tbsp psyllium hulls (essential for creating a soft ice cream that can be scooped) ? cup spring water, or more to allow blending consistency. You may also use cashew milk made with cool processed raw cashews. ? âh 1/3; cup Maca Powder or Red Maca Powder Salt to taste. It is preferable to use a highly mineralized salt, such as Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan Crystal Salt.
