That's way most people fail to achieve hot abs they always dreamed of. To train and get ripped abs you must pay attention at four points: Nutrition, Cardiovascular exercises, weight exercises and abs exercises. Most people only focus on one point at the same time, but to get hot abs you must combine these four. Let's get to the point for you! This is how you get hot abs: Diet! The first thing before starting any exercise is to make a diet schedule. Eating healthy is almost 50% of the work! So you must cut off all the food that makes your body store fat, like: fast food, chips, candy, cookies etc. Everyone knows what healthy is to eat and what's not! I'm not saying you must give up all the delicious food, but try at least to eat 90% of the day healthy and a treat ones in a while will do no harm. Make sure you eat enough proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins. Eat every two hours a small meal, this way you give your body regularly energy, so it doesn't have to store any as fat. Don't forget to drink at least 2,5 liters of water over the whole day. This is very important for hydrating your muscles and helps lose fat at the training. Cardiovascular Exercises! After having a healthy diet, it's important to do cardio exercises 5 days a week. Cardio exercises are like a 'burning fat oven'. Running is what I think the most effective exercise of losing fat, because during the training you can add interval exercises to raise up your heart beat and burn fat twice as fast, because you'll never see the abs with a layer of fat covering them. Cardio also helps you start up your metabolism, so you'll be burning fat the whole day, even when resting! Weight Exercises! This is a very smart exercise! Train two big muscles every week. By training a big muscle your body will need a lot of energy for the effort that you put into it, and the easiest way to get that energy is from the stored fat around the midsection. Besides burning fat, with training big muscles you automatically train your abs. Our abs are the centre of the body - also called the Power House - and every muscle you train you use your abs
