Slide 1: ==== ==== Learn how to play the guitar in no time..Very easy to learn! http://tinyurl.com/7zjodcl ==== ==== Purchasing your own guitar would be the first thing you would want to do. If you don't have enough money to buy, you may want to borrow a guitar from a friend who could have one lying around in good condition. On the other hand, it may not be such a good idea, being in a hurry and wanting to borrow to learn guitar could get you into some trouble, because if you drop or damage the guitar, you may end up destroying or ruining that persons instrument. You may have to pay for it anyway dishing out money for what you could have purchased a new or a used guitar. That would be learning the hard way. Always a better choice to get your own guitar instead of taking into account all the problems you might have to put up with damaging someones guitar. If you can't afford in spending too much money, go for something cheaper. You can also save a lot buying a used guitar. Apart from the lower price, it can also reduce the fear of buying a new guitar and it being used in just a few days. Hours of searching can also bring about much exhaustion searching for that hard to pin down guitar. Another aspect that goes into selecting the right type of guitar, will definitively affect how you learn and perform psychologically. Do you see yourself playing the guitar? How well? What type of mind-set, feelings or thoughts do you have about playing guitar? These are some of the questions you might want to ask yourself. It takes time, passion and effort learning to play the guitar and learning to play guitar notes, it's not an overnight process. For a beginner the good news is learning to play guitar tabs is a very easy to follow method, not complicated at all, easier than learning to play guitar notes. Guitar tabs show where you can play your notes on the frets so it's very easy for a beginner to understand. We can always start by learning to play guitar tabs, once you have firmly grasped the idea behind this theory, then we can go on with learning to play guitar notes, learning both methods will give you an advantage over the competition, knowing when and where you can use certain passages and fingering for that certain section of notes. Many guitarists such as others and myself began their career learning on an acoustic guitar, simply because it's so easily transportable and can be played anytime, anywhere. Not to mention that the antiquity of the guitar also has the peculiar ability in charming people at any musical level, and it would be appreciated by anyone hearing you play. Finally, listening to yourself play is a good step in the right direction. Maybe try recording yourself if no one is there to help you out. Obviously, learning to play the guitar well enough would be our ultimate goal. But of course having a good guitar teacher and taking lessons is always a better choice. Start to learn guitar on your own with videos. There are so many other resources out there that can help you get started playing, but someone must give you an opinion on how well or messy your playing may be. It is a necessity on improving your ability to work without error. A teacher can provide you with that phase and point out your mistakes simply because he knows how to play. When positioning your fingers on the right or wrong strings, notes or frets, that person can point
Slide 2: that mistake out to you. Additionally, certain techniques can be passed only by experience by the teacher to their student that books and online tutorials cannot provide. Once you have these 3 basic elements come together, its time for you to get your guitar, sit back and start picking. Now you can start to single-handedly dominate the guitar world. It's that simple! Once you have selected and got your hands on the right guitar, its time to go pick up your instrument and play. You must ensure it sits in a comfortable position, basically the seat position would do for now. By placing the bottom of the guitar on your right leg or thigh, left hand supporting the other end of the neck close to the headstock, the fingers of the guitarist's right hand would strum and pick at the strings, while the left hand is assigned to playing notes and chords, in which we will be discussing on some arrangements later on. This setup will give the body the proper workings. Don't forget to keep a good position to avoid muscle strain, try sitting at the edge of the chair for better support. Follow the course carefully; you should be able to achieve each step with no problem. Remember your guidelines and try memorizing all of your notes. Every chord and note has its own fingering, playing slowly at first and focusing more on the basic patterns. Once you have succeeded in mastering the basics, you can progress to a more difficult level containing power chords, arpeggios and scales. Choose just a few songs to play, 2 or 3 songs at the most for now. Then for starters, get a song that has only 3 or 4 chord changes that repeat throughout the song. A good example would be Gun's & Roses Knocking On Heavens Door, originally written by Bob Dylan. Repeating progression {G - D - C,} twice and {G - D - Am} twice, that's it, just keep repeating the same chord changes over and over until it's memorized, you can't go wrong, One of the great keys to success to playing any instrument is, sing while you play. This helps greatly to create the environment for inspiration and to stay in tune to the proper melody. Singing can also help you determine if you are playing the chords right, so go-ahead sing as you play. Try it out! Perseverance and Patients are key factors! Never surrender or give up on your goal, be unwavering even though you may be on the edge of giving up. If you are developing blisters, it's an indication of your excellent and devoted commitment to your daily practice and ultimate success. Mastering these very important basic steps to learning to play guitar notes, and learning to play guitar tabs is not hard at all, try it out. Having the correct and positive attitude will always lead to being a successful musician no matter what instrument you play. So good luck on your journey in learning to play guitar notes! http://tinyurl.com/7zjodcl
