(not the stair stepper, the one that is like an escalator) for 30 minutes. Now, if you don't have access to one of those the other option is to ride a bike, but do it standing up. This will help you lose fat around your outer thighs and really shape your buns! Tone Butt Tip #3 Now the last and final tip to achieve a sexy tone butt is, Your diet. Yes I know they terrible word, but you are going to have to practice conscious eating to help reduce calories, thus, allowing your body to carry less fat and get than beautiful tone look!
