(MD); Borodinov, N.K (MD) Clinical Application of Pulsating Energy Resonance Therapy – PERTH System according to Prof. Dr. Werner® in the treatment of patients with various pathologies at Jewpatoria children spa complex. (Overview of research studies carried out during the years 2001-2004) From a total number of 2,608 patients, the 1,956 children up to age 14 make up 75%, thus constituting the main group of treated patients. The 652 treated adults only make up 25%. Thus, it becomes apparent that, with 75%, children constitute the main group of treated patients. Our medical centre is situated on the Black See coast and is housed in a building which was erected at the beginning of the previous century. Our clinic is located in the centre of the children spa complex. Taking advantage of Yevpatoria´s beneficial climatic factors, we use modern medical technologies to influence physiological process in the organism. Acupuncture, PERTH and the treatment of reflex zones for the stimulation of organs and organ systems are the main methods used to ensure high therapeutic efficacy. From 1999 until the present day, we have been working in cooperation with the “State University of Crimea”, under the management of Prof. Dr. med. habil. N.I. Georgievski and the “Charkov Research Institute for Orthopaedics and Traumatology”, headed by Prof. Dr. med. habil. N.I. Sitenko. This protocol includes: Personal details, medical history, anthropometry, clinical diagnosis, patient complaints and subjective sensations, arterial blood pressure and pulse values, whereby these parameters were evaluated during and after each procedure. Furthermore, results of electroacupuncture according to Voll (EAV) and Nakatani, functional data – laboratory and biochemical - and immunodiagnostics were used. As we found out, PERTH is a physiological treatment method and there were no side-effects during the respective treatments. In the meantime, PERTH therapy has been enjoying good prospects in our spa complex for the rehabilitation of patients with various pathologies. At the moment, a deficit can observed in the area of the immune system in a large number of children admitted to our hospital. An analysis of the patients´ blood plasma biochemistry enabled us to clearly demonstrate a trend towards stabilisation of metabolism processes. After completing the rehabilitation course, stabilisation of calcium levels and a significant increase of the bone density index in 40 patients (86.9%) could be observed. An increase in the blood plasma calcium and natrium ions upon simultaneous reduction of potassium in blood plasma showed activation of electrolyte metabolism.

In order to evaluate the efficacy of PERTH with the help of electropuncture according to Nakatani, we selected two groups of children with a similar pathology: 1. The first group of children received the usual treatment course, 2. The second group were additionally treated with PERTH according to Prof. Dr. Werner upon recommendation of Professor Werner. It is now proven that PERTH with the EMG Profi entails the following physiological effects: 1. Analgesic effect. 2. Normalisation of condition or increased formation of a few important types of neurohumoral tissues. 3. Improvement of microcirculation in many organs and systems. 4. Most likely, the entire electromagnetic effects on the organism have their origin in the extra-cellular ground substance or matrix, stimulating other systems to tune into its oscillations. A well known informational modality is homeopathy, which we consider informational because in its remedies there is no heat, light, pressure or, from a physicist's point of view, any other form of energy. Pryer and good wishes are other examples of informational modalities, usually most effectively expressed without an energetic component. Informational balancing can be considered analogous to fix a software bug - making a small change to the information (software code) in order to effect a large change (transforming a non-working software into a working program) in a matter of seconds. The advanced core dramatically reduces the time needed to find the “bug” by uncovering in seconds the unexpected influences on a client’s condition, which may come from lifestyle, musculoskeletal, emotional or attitudinal issues. Most imbalances arise on the informational level, in the same way that an idea or opinion is behind and determines any action. Informational balancing can have profound effects on causes that lie on the informational level, such as control functions of the body and mentalemotional issues. Work on the informational level can also effect issues seen on the energetic, biochemical, and structural levels. Slide 47: Informational & Energetic Medicine Information This section introduces the concepts of CoRealms and CoReSpace, which provide a new way of thinking about information and the important role it plays in health and healing and also in composing an accurate holistic picture. The concept of CoRealms comprises four realms that are complementary but independent. These four realms always coexist in every event, and the state of health or disease is dependent on the state and degree of cooperation of all four. Using this concept, we can understand that imbalance can primarily originate from one of four realms or levels of the body: 1. The Structural level: This level includes all the conditions where bones or tissues are out of alignment or injured and simple manual therapy can cure. 2. The Biochemical level: When cells and organs do not have the building blocks or fuel to do their work or are hindered by toxins that are not eliminated, this causes disease.... here are included living toxins or helpers like virus, bacteria or fungi. 3. The Energetic level: The body has an intricate network of energy producers and conductors, heat, ionic, electric, magnetic and light, which can all be disturbed for various reasons. While X-Ray, MRI or ECG, for example, are used for diagnosis by allopathic medicine, energetic modalities are developing to balance conditions originating from the energetic level. Changes on these three levels are accompanied by changes on the fourth level: 4. The Informational level: Changes on the other levels are accompanied by informational changes in the matrix or blueprint of life.... least of all acknowledged and researched until now, this is the level on which all psychological and radionic modalities, as well as global scaling and biogeometry, work. Different than on the structural and biochemical levels and the level of physical energies, there are no distinct entities on the informational level. For example, if a certain essential biochemical is not received via food, no amount of energetic or informational work will make a difference. Reversely, if a biochemical cannot be absorbed because a certain energy or information is lacking, no amount of supplementation with this substance will make a difference. The Advanced-CoRe System forms a bridge to the informational and energetic levels and can bring awareness to possible causes of disease that are not accessible by deductive reasoning. Reading Margins of Reality was an eye opener. This describes how researchers at Princeton University had found in a ten-year study that a test person can influence the output of a random number generator in a statistically reproducible way. This fact in itself is amazing but what struck me as even more meaningful was the fact that the pattern in which they influenced the outcome of a series of supposedly random events was individualized, in other words it was kind of a thumb-print of their mind. Obviously the first way to somewhat explain this was to say that our mind has some kind of emanation by which it can influence the circuits in the computer. This is the form in which most Quantum Reality advocates would think and argue, but this actually still belongs to the old paradigm of action-at-a-distance through some kind of wave-like mediator. Someone said, "It cannot just be coincidence that these individualized patterns occur," and I had the thought, "Why not! What is so bad about coincidences that nobody wants them to be involved?" In fact at this point I turned the usual argument upside down when I understood that this test setup is in fact a way to make (Micro)coincidence visible. Here was the clue to what would prove to hold so many different phenomena together; coincidence, despite its bad reputation, may be the most amazing and meaningful thing that we can experience. Now, there is a difference between virgin coincidences that are created in the present moment and those which have some traceable causes that go back in history. A virgin coincidence seemingly has no cause, but also it has to have something that makes it different from just background noise, and here comes the crucial point - what makes random noise a coincidence is not something in the coincidence itself but in the eyes which look for it. A perfect random event generator (REG) is truly a source from which any number of virgin coincidence-patterns can be extracted. One can filter those coincidences by mathematical analysis. This means that a truly random series of events incorporates patterns that relate to the person in whose name the events are analyzed and in fact they contain patterns that would be considered coincidences for anyone or anything imaginable. This is the nature of a holographic universe and the true essence of quantum reality. Take a few minutes to digest that; it's truly mind-boggling. From this, the plan of action was clear: take a REG and analyze its output in the light of some person and then do the same for hundreds - even thousands - of possible remedies; see where you find the greatest matches, and then display in descending order the items with the closest matches. This is what the Advanced-CoRe System does. CoRe stands for: COincidence Recognition, CORelation, COded Resonance. Coincidence is not the coming together of two unrelated things at random, but an expression of meaningful relatedness on the informational level. This technological advance has been made possible by clearly discriminating between energetic and informational phenomena and defining new principles for the latter that can be experimentally verified. Innovation in Energetic Medicine Roll the dice thousands of times… One major problem with any oracle or divination system, and here all radionic systems are no exception, is that if you let the dice roll twice, have the I Ching sticks fall again, or make a second scan with a device other than Advanced-CoRe, the results will be totally different. Traditionally people would be warned not to consult the oracle again because this would make it angry, and the manufacturer of another informational system warns people not to do a second test within 48 hours on the grounds that this would create too much turmoil in the energy field of the patient. In this way, resonances are very individualized and are not specific to an assumed disease agent but are instead the product and signature of the client as a whole in their state of being in the present moment. CoRe = More than Simple Inversion of Signals Advanced-CoRe is going in a new direction in Bioresonance in that it is actually broadcasting specific frequencies to the body and then registering the response on the informational level. If the resonance is high or low this will, depending on the selected treatment mode, trigger a specific response from the system. So for me finding the CoRe System was perfect because it’s astonishing, and it’s wonderful the way you can learn more about your patient on the first session and then I don’t get that long time on getting to issues that need to be resolved first, what the patient thinks that needs to be resolved in the present time. Yes, definitely, what CoRe gives my practice is that I can get to those parts quicker than with my regular practice and I can have a good comparison because that’s what I did before, just to try to find the issues, to pull them out, just to get everything moving; it’s as if you have a building and with CoRe you get to the basement so the patients by themselves can clean their own rooms, and what I did before it’s just like by cleaning rooms [I] get to the bottom, and what I found with CoRe is that you get to the basement first and then afterwards the patient just cleans their own rooms, sometimes.
