Slide 1: Auto Attendant Seasonal business? Pay for the service you want, when you want it at AccessDirect! Challenge - A lady with a seasonal ski business called and said that she was tired of paying her phone company year round to keep a phone number she only used for four or five months. She said she normally forwarded the calls to her cell phone except during ski season when she was in the office more often. However, even during ski season she was often on the go. She was also frustrated because she often forgot to forward calls and she was losing business. She wanted a professional greeting for her ski business and she wanted to be able to just pay for sporadic calls during the off season. Solution We suggested that this lady port her phone number to AccessDirect. This way, she would no longer have to pay her phone company to keep the number year round. Since AccessDirect has no monthly contract, she would be able to cut back to a lesser minute package during the off season, and increase her minute packages during her busiest times of the year. We created an Auto Attendant for her company which gave her customers options, and this way she never had to worry about forwarding her calls to her cell phone as the system did it for her. Results: This customer is extremely happy with her Auto Attendant with AccessDirect. During her busiest time of year, the AutoAttendant greets her customers when she cannot, and gives them information about times and costs for skiing. The ‘find-me-follow-me’ feature helps her to answer her calls wherever she is, without having to worry about forwarding/unforwarding to her cell number. She pays for the service she wants, when she wants it. Her business is thriving and she can vacation in Florida during the off-season with no worries or fears that her ski business will suffer.
