There was a time when I didn't feel inspired at all and didn't know how to be inspired. I felt like my life had no direction and was frustrated and didn't know what to do. I was worrying about not having inspiration and not being inspired. You may find yourself experiencing the same problems I didn't feel inspired at all and thought that I would never feel inspired again, until I found these top 3 tips of being inspired from the Heart. Before I share these tips with you, I would like to look at what inspiration is. Inspiration is a beautiful new fresh feeling accompanied by fresh creative wonderful thoughts. What does inspiration feel like? When I feel inspired from my heart, I feel happy, excited and experience a certain lightness and a knowing that this is good or the right path. I also feel that I have a lot of energy and feel focused. What are thoughts of inspiration? After feeling inspired, I then have inspiring thoughts comprised of fresh new creative ideas and insights, and feel compelled to take action with these ideas and create something new and wonderful. My mind is very focused too. How am I inspired?
