Slide 1: ==== ==== Supercharge your recruiting results — even if you're brand spanking new to network marketing.... http://surefireprospecting.blackbeltrecruiting.com/letter.php ==== ====
Does that sound familiar? In fact I was one of those phone mutes, staring at the hand piece and even pretend dialling was pretty much my default page. I was absolutely terrified of making calls to people I didn't know, in fact I was even more terrified of telling people I did know about my mlm opportunity because like most of us in this industry if you've been told to "go get a life", "get lost" or "go get a real job" some of us take those rejections personally on board and take offense to what our loved ones or our closest friends tell us. Well that happened to me too. And I can bet it happened or is happening to you too? I just kept on doing the same thing my upline told me to do, the company calls it "duplication" so I followed the script and the system except I didn't get the results I'd imagined in that initial sign up meeting. What I got was that I realised my upline and I are two different people and how she chooses to do her business may not ring a harmonious chord with me, it didn't because I didn't actually like calling people to pitch them on my opportunity or blatantly ask them for their patronage by becoming my life long customer. It didn't and doesn't work for me. Those people didn't care less about my pitch or my latest and greatest deal. What I also got was some motivation. I wanted change and nobody was going to do that for me except me. I got to discover that my dead phone mute character wasn't real, it was just a mechanism of or a way of being I created to protecting myself against harsh comebacks that I probably expected regardless of how good my opportunity was and is. I got that I can be the most magnificent person in whatever I choose to do because I can and the way I can do that is by providing genuine value to the people who genuinely seek it out. Thankfully the internet has provided that opportunity for everybody on a global level no matter what business they are in. It is the most accessible and innovative tool that provides one with the right education that they are attracted to especially for network marketers. By providing value and information to struggling network marketers where they are experiencing challenges in or grappling with their bad sponsoring habits, the internet or Web 2.0 allows you to position yourself as an expert in lead generation where not only prospects will be attracted to the value and solutions to their problems you provide but they will be attracted to you because of you. I got to understand that by me having a certain posture that defines my uniqueness and my ability to add value to those that are genuinely seeking and fulfilling a need actually places myself in a situation and conveys a message to the people who are attracted to me that they want and desire what I have got. And I have to tell you, it feels pretty good! Six months ago I got my hands on the latest educational sponsoring release that has recently hit the network marketing world by storm. It is Mark Weiser's and Mike Dillard's Black Belt Recruiting product and I confess that the information I learned in that package shattered my "old school" beliefs about and methods for recruiting and sponsoring people into my opportunity. Has this been a "wake up" call for me and was I doing it "so wrong". Absolutely YES. I have to say that this has been the best investment I have ever made in my current mlm business, it has provided me with
Slide 2: an opportunity to look at the psychology of sponsoring and why people join or don't join you and your business; like I said it's a chance for you to look at how you've been and to develop yourself as a leader with confidence and discard those fears of failure, rejection and in some cases even success because it means changing your ways. It most certainly has been an opportunity for me to reclaim the limelight and see the phone as an attractive icon as a link to building and enhancing long lasting relationships with people based on a foundation of trust because of you and the value you have to offer them. If you are struggling with picking up that heavy phone, speaking full stop by yourself or in the presence of your upline and are seeking the same sort of answers that I was then you will get the chance to be:
Guided through conversations of real life examples that Mark Wieser and Mike Dillard have experienced themselves as once failing network marketers given secrets to handling objections with 25 written scripts for you to go over shown how to say "no" when your prospect says "yes, I want to join your business" shown how to define the right kind of person you want to work with in your business shown how to take charge of every call you make no matter who you talk to especially if it is a person in a position of power taught how to qualify your prospect in the first 30 seconds based on how and what they said taught how and where to find the best prospects taught how posture comes into play and the importance of you asking the questions and refusing to answer your prospects' questions taught what to say when leaving emails and voicemails taught the advantage of getting leads that have already been spoken to by other networkers shown what to do with fencesitters and analytical prospects and when to implement the "takeaway" taught the importance of leverage to teach to your team informed about the myth of location and successfully building an online network marketing business anywhere explained what it's like to be in a coaching place rather than a selling place with your prospect shown examples of the prospecting personalities you most definitely will or have confronted shown how to collect decisions as opposed to closing your prospects shown why it is important for you to become a collector of objections And so much more. The value I got from the content put together by these two very informed intelligent men is the best. Simply put the "best from the best". I regularly play this information on my ipod wherever I go and each time I tune into it at a different level and get that "AHA" moment. If you are like I was, and determined to make a difference and a change in your life and detach yourself emotionally from those endless rejections and needy people by developing and transforming who you have been into who you can be - a somebody that portrays confidence and a quality of leadership with a sense of genuine guidance willing to offer help and have fun along the way then your investment is but the cost of a good pair of shoes. This is what Black Belt Recruiting has done for me. My phone is an object to be greeted with anticipation and I really thank Mark and Mike for their guidance and value and giving me the skill at talking to people because "I can".
Slide 3: Of course bad and old habits don't die overnight. It takes practice, constant education, mentors, leverage and a true desire to succeed and the ability for you to see where you want to be going forward in your life. Coupled with that you also need a plan of action. My advice is do some research, listen to the FREE 60 minute video and you be the decider of your successful future.
