There are a lot of effective exercises that you can do without all that monstrous fitness machines at the gym and if you know how to do them right, the result is just amazing. Here are a few easy exercises to do at home: Staircase workout Having a second storey at your house has its own benefits. One of the benefits is you can use the stairs as your exercise tool. Staircase workout allows you to work the biggest muscle group in your entire body and the results are fast fat burning and increased metabolism. As we already know, you need to do a full body exercise to get rid of those extra fats quickly and this exercise is a very doable alternative. The good thing about this exercise is you can do it almost everywhere. How? Buildings that we visit regularly such as shopping malls, banks, and offices usually have stairs. Just use the stairs instead of the elevator. Simple isn't it? Bodyweight workout Bodyweight workout is really effective in burning fat, especially if you can do it in high intensity. Try to do them 1-2 times per week with different variations. My personal recommendation would be squat. Squat is a very simple exercise, yet it utilizes more muscle group than any other exercises. As a result, this exercise is very effective in stimulating fat loss and hormonal response such as growth hormone. Keep alternating between various bodyweight exercises such as squats, push-ups, floor abs, and lunges for about 15-30 minutes. If you need to rest, keep it short. You don't need to spend hours here; the most important thing here is doing it in the right way. Kettlebell workout When you're thinking of buying a simple fitness tools, you have to consider kettlebell. Most people probably will just go with dumbbells, but kettlebell is a lot more effective than dumbbells. If you don't know what a kettlebell is, it is basically a cannonball with a handle. Originally, this tool is used by the Russians to train their athletes, army, and martial art competitors. However, if you just want to get leaner or build some extra muscles, there is no reason why you can't learn the exercises and benefit from them. Here are a few examples of kettlebell workout:
