I'm a huge fan of Brian G. Johnson and I use his "Commission Ritual" to build niche sites that rank high on Google and other search engine traffic which brings in traffic without using pay per click.. His course teaches how to build these sites using WordPress, which is easy to use and configure as well as extremely inexpensive to create. You can easily change the look of your mini site with different themes and there are many different plug-ins that are easy to install help your site rank.
