It's just as effortless and enjoyable to use. I can simply move a finger across the screen to switch the page, or alternatively swipe and hold my finger to swiftly move through many pages at a time. I can also simply tap two times on a specific word to look it up in the lexicon already installed on my Sony electronic reader. Same goes should I need to bookmark a specific extract. And no the screen doesn't get cloudy with fingerprints! But Sony electronic reader isn't just a pretty face. Unlike other e-readers it provides users with additional format compatibility. It recognises ePub, PDF, BBeB, TEXT and RTF. With the Sony eReader the hassle of having to convert a PDF document for example, is eliminated. The touch screen lets me zoom in and out without disturbing the PDF layout and I can put in my own footnotes. Unlike some other eBook producers, the Sony electronic reader allows users to take eBooks out on loan from online libraries. Its desktop software includes a digital library finder and integrated support for ePUB as libraries with digital lending facilities use ePUB format. A Sony electronic reader therefore makes it easier to check out e-titles. And there are no late charges! I can also write remarks on my Sony eReader touch screen with the simple movement of a finger or a stylus which is fantastic because I'm permanently without a ballpoint and a piece of scrap paper just when I ought to make a mention of something! Plus the keyboard on the touch screen is also big enough to simply type. Whilst the Sony electronic reader doesn't have a wireless connection to immediately download econtent, it does include a USB cable to move downloaded content from your laptop. I haven't found the lack of wireless technology to be a setback. Just think how habitually you're on your PC and just how straightforward is it is to insert a USB in. I accumulate e-books on my flash drive and unlike other e-readers, the Sony electronic eBook reader also provides a SD card slit that allows me to enlarge its memory. My Sony electronic reader PRS-600 best fits my needs. It's not only technology chic, it provides me with superior note-taking features and larger format compatibility that enables me to log onto a wider assortment of e-content providers, not just one.
