Modified food starch and sugar starches like dextrin, maltodextrin, dextrose, high fructose syrup and corn syrups are the unhealthiest forms and add pounds quickly. Reduce processed refined sugars like white sugar. It comes in many forms in most processed foods. Anything with "ose" like dextrose and fructose are refined sugars. Natural unrefined sugar and alternative sweeteners are much healthier. Reduce junk food and fast food. Most have a lot of additives, fats, salts, sugars, starches and trans fats (bad fats) which are found in partially hydrogenated vegetable oils, processed food, fast food and fried food. A high protein low fat diet can help because protein means energy, but you need some fat in your diet. There are good fats that you need so only cut trans fats. Cut your portion size . Use a smaller plate for smaller portions. You may not notice the difference, but it will reduce your waistline.These are just a few but important weight loss tips that work, and moderation helps you learn how to lose weight quickly and safely. You'll also feel better and have more energy because you'll have less toxins and fat in your body.
