Slide 4: I Predict That 2,900 USA Banks Will Fail During 2012-2014. Why? Due to Commercial Loan Defaults Mainly, now add in another 25% more in residential loan defauts. Today, the “Financial Sector” (Mortgage Co.’s & Banks) are a perfect example of what is wrong with America’s financial system. I predict that about 38% of USA banks will close during the next three years due to the upcoming commercial RE crash! That’s over 2,900 banks! This will have a major ripple effect on all sectors and worldwide, but I do have a solution for any Public Co. to stay on the correct side of this curve into the future. Slide 6: How Will All 2,900 US Banks Closing Affect The World Economies? Trust Me When I Tell You It Will Hit Your Part of The World. The Euro Debt Crisis as you know is just as real and just as bad as the USA Debt Crisis only on a smaller scale. With Eurocrates as with US taxpayers, uncertainty is rising faster than Facebook population. Think not? Here’s why I’m right. Commercial default loans can be five to twenty times larger than residential loans so just one commerical loan default can maybe equal 50 luxury home loans! If you don’t think 38% of all banks in America closing their doors will have a ripple effect in your neck of the woods, you simply have your head in the sand. It will as we are all tied together International inside this Worldwide financial mess. The only positive thing in the US is that a lot of US Corp’s do have Cash, about $1.5 Trillion on the books to be more actuate and they are not speding it today. Many Public Co’s are trying to raise dividends to keep stockholders happy. I forcast a breakup of the Euro market that will most likely fall another 25% this year alone. Japan is trading at an all time deflation mode. Greece and Spain are in maybe the worst recessions and nothing they are doing today that I see is working.
Slide 7: Here Is More of What I See Happeing Around The World Today U.K. Debt is looking at $2.5 trillion. We could see a breakup of the Euro market and I’m predicting it falling another 25% this year alone. The Euro will not recover soon. Why? Experimenting will not fix their financial woes. What about Russia? Vladimir Putin’s is voted back in for another 12 year term and the Dec. 25 protest of Fraud in the elections tells the true story here. Nothing will change in Russia. What about China being the 2nd largest economy. China is unloading USD’s faster than a sinking ship and is more quickly emerging as a future power to be aware of, but has a long road ahead to catch up for China’s quality of life for it’s own people when compared to other world powers. I see China continuing on it’s growth emerging path into the future. Japan is trading at an all time deflation mode. You would think the USA Feds would realize after watching Japan currency that it can not keep printing money to solve it’s economy. All that does is to devalue the USD for everyone who uses the dollar. Greece and Spain are in the Mother of all recessions. Italy’s Debt is out of Control @ $1.9 Trillion and they can’t print money! I see Africa as being rich is commodities, but not enough smarts to stop fighting one another with civil wars to create capital to prosper from it.
Slide 8: Around the World Insights….continued Brazil is looking a little better considering the rest of the world for investors. It’s a winner in commodities and offers investors some good deals if you dig. The Mid-East Iran is still a major concern for many countries, but I don’t really expect them to block the flow of oil as they threaten. Blocking that passageway would be like shooting one of Iran’s legs off when you consider “Crude Oil” is their main bread-winner. It’s not going to ever happen. Iraq. Still unstable area is a huge part of the reason the USA is in so much financial trouble today due to massive war expenses. Remember, past Pres. Bush’s were all oil men…It was not weapons of mass destruction or 9-11 that caused that war, it was the need for USA Big Oil consumption was the real reason. Now the USA is seeing the financial mess & lives lost it’s has caused. Afghanistan: The USA needs to pull out now is my feeling as time has shown, the USA can not police the world. There will always be conflict within the Mid-east. Israel: Stuck in the middel of conflict. Very little opportunity there.

Slide 13: Let’s Look At USA Crisis Problems, Then How To Better Solve These Issues Today, the USA is in financial trouble and it is still in “Crisis” mode. This trouble was mostly created at the hands of our US Government with it’s un-wise business decisions that pushed our USD into what is today outragous inflation of the USD. Massive inflation today is still out of control by the USA government and getting worse. A perfect example of this is we are fast approching $16 Trillion USD debt. Tarp bailouts, Wars, Multi- Country lending, OPEC, GM, China, Solar Energy, and more including the completely mis-managed US housing crisis that I actually spotted in 2005 before it really took hold in 2007 all creates massive more debt which in turn creates more inflation. Mainly, the US government caused this housing and commerical loan crisis of today totally by giving anyone who could breath and sign their name a home or commercial loan. Then, the US government issued a $7.7Trillion dollar “secret” loan to US banks with special tax deals that were exclusive to the banks only to try and fix their own mess, but it only made matters worse. Slide 14: The US Government’s voters have given the Fed’s power to have a blank credit card! Today’s run-away inflation has already ruined millions of lives within the USA and cost millions more their own very homes. The Fed’s can not just write a check for $7.7 Trillon dollars and tell no one but your inner circle of thieves about it, but that is exactly what the US Government done to its people. Our US Government controls the State & Federal Courts, the Tax System, the Banks, the creation of money and way more than most people even know about. Today, USA civil & Federal legal rights are very limited to take any kind of meaninful action against them period. Slide 15: Energy Problems: The USA has plenty of Coal and Natural Gas. Enough to supply US needs for the next 200 years easy….. But, it needs to produce more so we are less dependent upon the Mid-east for our Crude Oil supply. Just CRUDE Oil has already created a major shift of Wealth Transfer from West to East and it’s ongoing. The USA only has about 2% of the entire world’s supply of Oil, so we need to use a combination of different energy sources to provide our energy such as Solar & Wind power to fill the void and move away from our dependence on foreign oil. The creation of making gas from corn was step one in the right direction, at least that energy source is renewable and puts our farmers back to work. There will always be trouble inside the mid-east. Look at all the wasted money by the USA to fight a no-one-wins different wars (still ongoing!) Not to mention the 1,000’s of US troops lives lost. The fact is that big money used for wars could have been better used to re-build America at home more wisely. I’m not saying we should not punish those who done 9-11, no way! What I’m saying is to not waste our resources to the extent that the USA Government done trying to police a world.
