It seems like Google has gotten good at just about everything. You can use it to find information, look at the news, search images, and yes, shop. We may think we know all of the best places to shop online already. When you're looking to buy something you might take that trip to eBay or Amazon, because they've proven to be two of the leading sources for finding the Internet's best deals. However, we might not know that there are other places right under our noses that we haven't heard of. This is where Google's shopping tool comes in. When you go on the Google homepage, you'll see the regular search box that you would use to do a search. However, at the top of the website there are some links where you would go to search images or look at the news. One of these links is the shopping option. Click on that link and type in the product that you're interested in buying. In seconds Google will come back with a list of products that are either what you typed in, or similar to what you typed in. Click on the product that you want for more information. If there are enough people selling the product, Google will come up with another list that will list the prices. You'll be able to see the cheapest prices on the Internet from a bunch of different websites. It's important to remember that you should only buy from trustworthy websites. If you can find a website that you've heard of, and that's generally considered a good website, then it might be worth buying from them, even if you have to kick over a couple of extra bucks.
