If you have a template that you wish to upload, you will have to down load a FTP software (filezilla is a free choice) and then upload your template onto the public domain of your host site. The second far less complicated, and is one of the secrets to making a great website for un-teckie type people. You download a template that is offered on many hosting sites called Wordpress.
