Slide 1: ==== ==== for more about weight loss and diets tips,please check our website http://tinyurl.com/7vyesmt ==== ==== The best way to lose weight is one in which "starving" and "deprivation" are neither thought or acted upon.  That said, I'm sure you're extremely familiar with depriving yourself.  You'll be good for a few days or maybe even weeks, dutifully eating your carrot sticks and celery, but then one day the dam bursts and all you want to do is gorge on sugar, fat and all things yummy.  A natural response to be sure, but not one you ever want to repeat, though unfortunately, it's likely you will again and again.  Deprivation leads to binging which leads to you hating yourself which leads to eating which leads to...well, you know the drill by now. So no surprise, the best way to lose weight is one in which you avoid this vicious cycle at all costs.  Yes, we all have cravings but when we replace these cravings by eating foods that don't appeal to us, it doesn't make those cravings go away, it simply keeps our minds and tummys busy enough to distract from that initial need.  You can try to wish away a need for a cookie but it's still in your brain, waiting until you give it attention and fulfill that craving. When we deprive ourselves, we think we're doing ourselves a favor but in reality, we're simply placing that forbidden food on an even higher pedestal, making it appear more valuable than it deserves to be.  Sure, Cheetos are good but why do we need to eat the entire bag?  Well, if you think you'll never get to eat them again, then you're going to stuff them in your face as fast as you can.  Which leads us to an important mind trick (or rather, a truth) for enjoying treats responsibly. Start by informing your deprived brain that Cheetos aren't going anywhere.  There are zillions of bags throughout the world and will likely always be.  There will always be cookies, cakes and Snickers bars, they're not going away anytime soon and not within your lifetime.  Once you realize this, that "need" becomes far less urgent, as you can be comfortable in the knowledge that you can taste these scrumptious delights any time you want.  This is very freeing because you give yourself permission, but have the ability to say "no thank you" as well. Ultimately, the best way to lose weight involves allowing yourself some of these "bad" foods - in moderation of course - to make them less precious and important in your mind.  By giving yourself permission to eat a properly measured portion of whatever it is you're dying for, you've also introduced self-control into the picture. So stop depriving yourself, allow a normal portion every so often of whatever it is you crave.  Learn to live with food instead of constantly running away from it. You'll be happier in mind, body and spirit.
