Those who package and sell food products are masters of misinformation and will try to sell you unhealthy foods in the guise of "natural' or 'healthy' or 'low-fat' all day long. While regulations have tried to curb the practice, packaged food manufactures have long had a free rein at promoting their product as being anything they say it is, whether the claims are true or not. Read the government required labels on the back to find out the true nutritional contents of what you're considering buying and serving to your family. Weekly exercise is a must for everyone, but most people actually get enough exercise... They just aren't getting the right KIND of exercise. Doing crunches or sit-ups, or even using one of those fancy ab machines will not be effective in attaining your goal, which is to lose FAT. These types of exercises will actually make your stomach look bigger because they will develop the muscles underneath the fat, thereby making your gut look even larger.
