Sutherland Global Services Was Assessed At Maturity Level 5 P-CMM Assessment

Slide 2: Sutherland Global has recently achieved the distinction of being the first pure-play BPO to be assessed at maturity level 5 of the P-CMM (People Capability Maturity Model) developed by Carnegie Mellon University. The P-CMM framework sets the standard for the organizational maturity of people and practices.
Slide 3: The 5P-CMM framework ensures that employee needs are met and the organization is working at its highest level of competency. Sutherland Global was given the ranking of 5 that is the maximum achievable maturity ranking for effectiveness and efficiency of a business. Assessment of Sutherland was personally conducted by Bill Hefley, Professor at Carnegie Mellon University who led to the development of the P-CMM framework.
Slide 4: The unique integrated HR model employed by Sutherland Global received accolades from the assessment committee. Sutherland Global was acknowledged as a company that is committed and driven towards the success of its employees and recognizes the value of skilful organization.
