Expertise in creating plans for Future Strategic Information Systems. Achievements  Provided all software and hardware platform support, technology adaptation and advancement; implemented five-year redundancy plan for Saudi Aramco’s Refineries and Tank Farms over a 10 month period with 30+ engineering project members.  Project Manager of the US Navy's telecommunications infrastructure project in Bahrain. Fibre Optic Cable implementation, Fore Systems ATM network with Cisco 6000 series routers.  Project Lead on the implementation team of a 30,000-seat EDMS (Opentext LiveLink) system including installation, implementation, BPR, training and on going support and maintenance. This included development of a training plan for 1,500 power users of the system over a 3 month period who went on to training a further 30,000 staff on this platform.
