This will help you when you have a craving or desire for something sweet. 4. Try drinking something that is hot when you have a craving for something or you simply want something because you are board, upset or stressed out. When the beverage is hot you are forced to drink it slowly, there fore you are able to completely enjoy the flavor and satisfy your hankering at the same time. If possible, you should definitely try to only have low calorie hot beverages. 5. Adding salsa to some of your meals will increase the flavor without having to drastically add to the calorie count. As you can see, although dieting can make you feel left out in many cases, all you need is a little creativity and you can enjoy your diet.
