Incumbents in this job may require additional training or experience to gain full proficiency in some or all of the job responsibilities. Responsibilities • May analyze business processes and business rules in order to develop functional technical requirements. • Integrates hardware, software applications, network communications and other technical components to develop optimal solutions for business requirements. • Develops cost proposals for design solutions to be implemented. • Participates in the development of standards and procedures to be used in the development of new and/or enhancements to existing systems/subsystems. • Develops research/evaluation designs and coordinates the collection of data.
