Yes, it is true: the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. It has always been so. But not for the reason you may think. Most people think that the rich keep stealing from the poor and that's why the poor get poorer. Even Jesus made comment about this situation. But it is not that the rich steal from anyone, necessarily. It is that the rich think rich and therefore grow richer. They think the things and do the (honest) things that keeps their wealth growing. The poor think poor and so they remain poor or become poorer. You need not take my word for it. Napoleon Hill, many years ago, wrote a book that is still used today. He called the book "Think and Grow Rich." When I first read the book, yes, many years ago, I did not get it. I was reading words and paragraphs but they had no meaning for me. I just didn't understand the concept. Over the intervening years, however, I slowly, and I mean slowly, came to realize what Hill was saying. He was stating that when you think abundance, you find abundance. He was right too. I have experienced the same over and over again in my personal life and career. When the people in my charge as a life coach thought lack and scarcity, that's exactly what they found. When I believed that I could not make any more money than I was, I didn't. When I was able to convinced people that they were dealing with a limitless supply, that provision was there. Abundance appeared, as if by magic. When I decided I could and would make more money, I did. It is not magic, however. It is simply the beliefs from which people work. When you think you are poor, you will see nothing but poverty and lack. When you think richness or affluence, that's what you shall find. Please do not misunderstand me. I do not blame the poor for being poor. It's not as if they deserve poverty. (I believe quite the opposite actually. I believe people deserve the best.) But I have seen so many who look only for the dark clouds, and that's all they. Whereas when people look for the sunshine, they will find it every day. You need to do just that and break any myth you may harbor about poverty and riches. What you think about all day is what you make your life into. Begin in this moment to think abundance and it
