Many ask 'who is the Antichrist' or 'what is the Antichrist', not knowing that it is in fact Satan himself. The question that needs delving into though is why the Antichrist (the devil) continues to darken the hearts of man, especially in these end times. What is his motive to keep man in darkness? To understand that one needs to take a look at the root of the Antichrist's hatred towards man by means of a brief historical overview. The Antichrist's fall God created Adam with the intent of raising him up to be as He (God), to rule and reign with and to have dominion over that which God will appoint unto him in the world to come. Satan was envious of this promise and his heart darkened with envy and hatred. He could not understand why God would appoint so much unto the lowest form (that of the Adamite) and not to him in all his glory and splendor. Satan gave himself over to the power of his imagination thinking that if he could remove Adam "from the picture" God would see that Satan was worthy of this inheritance and stand to confirm him (Satan) instead. By this reasoning and by his rationale, the system of the Antichrist Spirit was created. In other words, Satan subjected himself to formulating a plan of removing God's affection and love towards Adam by providing his counsel (that of darkness) to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. This counsel, leading to the fall of man, set the stage for the workings of the Antichrist Spirit and man's subsequent fall from grace. It also set the stage for every Adamite born thereafter to naturally follow this pattern sown by the Father of lies (Rom 5:12). The Antichrist seeks to keep man separated from God through this false counsel. His whole intent is towards purposefully destroying man through false knowledge, and in so doing, cheating man from the promise of the eternal inheritance. His act of rebellion, by default, became the nature of man. What this means is that man, in his fallen state, is unable to recognize darkness because his fall was into darkness. What brings distinction though is knowledge that exposes darkness; true knowledge that exposes the workings of the Antichrist Spirit. Knowledge exposes the Antichrist The right knowledge is important in identifying the workings of the Antichrist Spirit. In reading 'Breaking the Antichrist Code: The blueprint of deception' a lot of information is available that sets the record straight in terms of the workings, deception and devices of the Antichrist. In speaking of the Antichrist's fall, the following extract is of particular relevance (page 10 of Breaking Antichrist Code): "The Spirit of Antichrist dates back to that history. Uncovering the truth about that history also unlocks the mystery of good and evil, the fall of man from the grace of God, our changed reality, the human condition, and the motives of fallen angels' intercourse, both spiritual and
