Work Placement Programme Our Work Placement Programmes run for either a 6 or 12 month period and is located in London. As a Work Placement student you are assigned to a specific team within the Technology division and will work on a wide variety of technical and business projects. Given that you are with us for a longer period

Our Work Placement Programmes provide a broad based social and professional development programme. Like all others joining the firm, you will participate in a firm wide orientation session that will introduce you to the firm's culture and business principles as well as provide you with the opportunity to network with peers from across the firm. The large part of your technical training will be acquired from the projects undertaken in your specifically assigned team. However, we also provide some additional technical training courses in the early stages to complement this. During the course of your time with us you will also benefit from other support and development mechanisms that we have in place, which include a structured 360° review process and a formal mentor and buddy programme. Our Technology Division provides... The opportunity to see projects through from start to finish. Our technologists implement quickly and build systems from start to finish. You will see your clients using the applications you developed for them. The opportunity to build the systems our people use. What we look for: Academic discipline is less important than the personal qualities an individual brings with them, however a strong interest in and appreciation of finance is important. Whatever your background, it is intellect, personality and zest for life that the firm values the most.
