Seriously, punctuality is a big plus; women hate it when their dates show up late! Try to find out what she likes talking about and talk to her about those things, but at the same time, don't put on some fake personality to attract her, be yourself, just give her more importance on the date! Be chivalrous, this is a very big plus, if you've mastered the art of chivalry then you know she's going to come back for more!
