There's no need to and I'm going to tell you how and why if you just read what I have to say. Why am I giving away my secret formula on how to get great abs for nothing? It's because I get asked these questions all the time: - "How do I get rid of my stomach fat?" - "How often do you workout your abs?" - "I do sit-ups everyday so why can't I get rid of my stomach fat?" I'm fed up with people wasting their time doing the wrong thing and hope this will get rid of the myths and queries you have about how to get great abs, the easy way, so that you will have more time to yourself and the abs you've always wanted! We all know our abs, otherwise known as abdominals or rectus abdominis, are muscles, just like our other muscles, so why don't we work them just like our other muscles? I always hear clients say, "I do a hundred sit-ups everyday," and I wonder why. I have better abs than them yet I only work them for 20 minutes once a week! Do you do 100 reps of chest press or squats every day to gain muscle? I didn't think so. So why do people still choose to do so many reps to work out their abs? If you think it's to also lose stomach fat, then that's incorrect (I will talk about that a little later). To build and tone muscle (your abs in this case), you should be using the same scientifically proven system as your other muscles. So what's the system? If you don't already know, it's 8-12 reps of 3 sets for each abs exercise, once a week. The weights you select for each exercise should be enough to reach muscular failure (meaning you physically can't execute any more reps) at each set. So I can get great abs from working them only once a week?! That's right, just like any other muscle that's all it takes, and you SAVE TIME and EFFORT. If you're really keen and want faster results, you can work them two or three times a week, as long as you leave enough recovery time in between (at least 48 hours), but I've never needed to work my abs more than once a week. A note for the females, don't worry, you will not get "bulky" abs from using weights. Women tend to associate weights with muscle bulk, but there should be no concern, as the female hormonal
