This is meant to make us believe that all we have to do is buy their product and we can look this way as well. It can be very disappointing, when we have followed all the instructions and we do not even look as good as we know we could. Avoid the three following errors and you could start to move yourself closer to how you really want to look. The first trap is to start to believe that no matter how well I eat and exercise, I will not look like the 'model figure' in the pictures, so I might as well not bother. Well, remember that only a tiny percentage of us look anything at all like these idealised images. In many cases, even the 'model' does not look like the image! These pictures are sometimes simply a fantasy created by marketers and technology. Try to get an idea and a feeling for how life will be for you, when you know you are looking the best you can. The right healthy diet and exercise plan can help you combine both looking good and feeling good, with one following the other - in either order. Yes, it does not really matter which comes first, looking good or feeling good, the other will naturally follow. Trap number two is when you think that the amount of exercise necessary to make a difference is more than you can ever have time for. This is made worse when you also believe it must go along with a 'starvation' diet. Successful healthy weight loss does not require hours of grunting and groaning in the gym. Simply start by adding more movement activities into your daily routine. When you walk, stand up straight and move with a purpose; when I learned this, I automatically found myself moving a little faster and for some strange reason it made me feel a little better. Try to take an extra walk whenever you can. Have you ever wanted a dog? Mine gives me lots of fun as well as regular healthy walks. When you put your mind to it, you could soon find yourself thinking up more ways to enjoy getting some extra exercise. The third trap can be the most difficult to get round. It goes like this: even if I do manage to lose some weight and start to look better, I will never be able to maintain it. It would be just too difficult to 'starve' myself forever.
Slide 2: This would only be a real problem if healthy eating meant eating so little that you are hungry all the time. It seems to be difficult to believe that we can lose weight, keep it off and still enjoy our food. It is certainly possible and I know many people who have proved it. The right kind of help and guidance makes all the difference, as very few of us can do it completely on our own. Yes, in order to lose the excess weight, you will certainly need to make some changes. The good news is that the correct changes can improve your life in ways other than just losing the weight. I have never known anyone (myself included), who improved their body shape and fitness, then decided they would rather plan to go back to how they were. These three mistakes can all sabotage your efforts if you allow them to do so. What I have found is that I need help and guidance with ideas to keep my healthy lifestyle on track I am constantly on the look out for tips and suggestions to keep my diet and exercise plans interesting.
