People usually make them one of the important elements in their daily routine. Everyone wants to look good and smart and the best way to achieve it is by doing exercises to get ripped daily. The three basic exercises to get ripped are quite simple and easy to do. All you need to do is to workout hard and do it sincerely. This will give you the best results, any person could want. The first of the three exercises to get ripped is known as Full Vertical Crunch. It basically affects the abs of your body since the complete body is utilized in the workout. You will feel your abs tightening up when you do this exercise. All you need to do is lie down on your back facing the floor and your legs straight up towards the ceiling. Take your hand back beneath your skull and try pulling up your shoulders upwards. This results in tightening of the abs. Make your body into a "U" shape and try to push your heels upwards as much as you can. Try doing it 10-15 times in quick successions and start feeling the difference. The second of the best exercises to get ripped is called Long Arm Crunch. The main affecting area of the exercise is the upper abs of your body. You should lie down on the ground on your back and place your arms in such a way that they touch your ears and get behind your head as well. As soon as you realize that you are in the perfect position, move your shoulders upwards from the floor contracting your abs. You have to do it 10-15 times for each set. Beginners are advised to increase the number of sets as soon as they feel comfortable in what they are doing. If it gets too easy, increase the reps or the weight. The last of the exercises to get ripped is what we call the Vertical Leg Crunch. In this format of exercise, you have to lie down facing the floor, straightening up your legs, crossing your knees and contract your abs. Now all you have to do is to pull your shoulders upwards. Lower your body slowly and again go from the start. Once again you have to perform it 10-15 times per set to get good results as soon as possible.
