Garmin especially has been running away with the US marketplace with some excellent innovations last year and this year. Only problem is what if you get a device that has problems. It's exactly because of the returns issue and the customer service issue that I suggest folks stick with the big online retailers like Amazon. You want to make sure your retailer has a very consumer friendly return policy.
