The experts say that if the coffee machine does not make good crema, then it is not really worth considering at all. So after a lot of research, which included asking some expert baristas, going to trade shows, and tasting a lot of cups of coffee, I decided on the DeLonghi EC702 15-Bar-Pump, Home Coffee Machine. There was no question, it was a clear winner. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of other perfectly good coffee machines, but in terms of value for money. This was the best. My in-laws have now come and gone, and I now have a different standing in the family in terms of my coffee making ability. As a budding Barista, I have certainly outdone myself.
