It saves you time and money. And you can look after your children while you gym. The only problem though is, knowing which pieces of exercise equipment to place in your home gym. Here are the 3 only pieces of exercise equipment you will ever need to get flat abs in the comfort of your own home: 1. Your body weight This is not really typically what you would call exercise equipment, but it is one of the best resources you can use for exercise. You can train most of your body parts with your own body weight. All the exercises you can do with your body weight will help you to get flat abs as it will burn away fat. Include squats, lunges, abs crunches and push ups into your exercise routine. 2. A skipping rope One of the best cardio workouts you can get from home is with a skipping rope. If you decide to buy a skipping rope, go for a speed rope. Speed ropes give you a much more efficient workout in less time. You should aim to get about 15 minutes of rope jumping in on a day. 3. A stability ball The stability ball is such a versatile piece of exercise equipment. You can exercise your whole body on the stability ball. What the exercise ball is best used for though is doing abs exercises. Make sure to include oblique, lower and upper abs exercises in your routine. If you use all the above pieces of exercise equipment, you will have a home gym that's ready to give a toned stomach! Just remember to exercise regularly, eat healthy and to stay dedicated and motivated. I would recommend to train with weights for 2 days a week and to do cardio exercise for 2 days a week.
