A study found that when people ate eggs for breakfast, they consumed 400 fewer calories over the next 24 hours compared to the day when they ate bagels at breakfast. Stick with plain sliced bread and you will avoid the temptation to eat more. Go for healthy food that has low calories and do exercise daily, and don't forget to go for walking.
