Mr. Kaushal Shah
Mr. Kaushal Shah is the founder of the Firm. He has obtained his masters degree from UK and is specialized in Corporate and intellectual Property Laws. He is also a solicitor from UK. Before establishing the Firm, Mr. Kaushal Shah had gained extensive nine years of work experience in renowned law firms like M/s Wadia Ghandy and Co, Mulla And Mulla Cragie Blunt And Cario and Nishith Desai Associates.

His main area of expertise and focus is Corporate, International Commercial, and Intellectual Property Laws. Apart from his professional commitments he is committed to social work and is a director of Rotary Club of Mumbai Queen Necklace. Through the platform of Rotary he has undertaken several projects in Maharashtra.

Mr. M.H. Shah
The Firm's foundation is strengthened by the expertise, legal acumen and vast experience of Mr. M.H.Shah, the senior most associate of the Firm. He was the former vice president of Philips India Limited heading three departments being Corporate, Legal and Secretarial. He was also a chairman of Origin India. His main area of expertise and focus is Civil, Corporate, Conveyance, Arbitration & Litigation.

Mr. Dilip Mallick
Mr. Mallick is also a senior associate of the Firm. He is a qualified lawyer and a company secretary. Prior to his association with the Firm he had previously worked for several years in a leading multinational company. He headed the legal and the secretarial department. He has fostered and maintained excellent professional relationships with the various Govt of Indian bodies like SEBI. His main area of expertise and focus is Corporate and Secretarial.

Mr. Vetakeswaran
He is a senior associate of the Firm. He was a former General Manager of the Reserve Bank Of India (“RBI”) and was instrumental in drafting the Foreign Exchange Management Act (“FEMA”) and the Money laundering Act. He has fostered and maintained excellent professional relationships with the various Government of Indian bodies like the Foreign Exchange Promotion Board and the RBI. His expertise is general corporate and Foreign exchange laws.
