He will manage the medium and long-term strategic planning of HR policies, initiatives and interventions relating to faculty management. He will analyse statistics, reports, trends and submit proposals to management to achieve overall HR objectives and goals. This portfolio includes the administration of academic headship appointments and managing programmes for faculty as well as participation in cross-functional projects. They will be knowing the shelf life of the instrument or the system and will be replaced periodically . Breakdown maintenance : When any items fail this type of maintenance is done and they replace then when the system fails. Predictive maintenance : In it the shelf life of the product or the system will be know and will be known and will be replaced then and there itself.
