It is a "bottomless pit" of information both good and bad. When you first start your research it is literally a free for all. There takes on "how to get started with an internet business" would be completely different. This is because of the massive volume of information out on the web. The Cold Hard Truth of Making Money Online 3 Reasons why a lot of Internet Marketers fail to make little or no money online... 1) Bottomless Pit of information on the internet - I touched on this above. The making money online niche along with hundreds of other keywords related to this niche is very profitable, but also very saturated. The way most people learn is from the so called "gurus". The problem with this method is that there is no structure to the learning process. There is no beginning and no end, you usually start somewhere in the middle. In contrast to this is the University or College education system. If you ever went to College or University and decided to take business for example, you would start with the basics, Business 101, Business 102 and so on. There is a starting point and as you develop and learn more, you move on to more advanced training. Getting an education is very important and can provide you with the foundation of knowledge and skills to pursue your goals. If however, you want it should only be a starting point if you really want to live your life to its fullest. 2) Guru mentality vs. helping people succeed - I have found over the past 2 years that, there are a lot of people out there just trying to make a fast buck on the latest and best product. They focus on building a list and sell to this list over and over again with no structure of learning. This system of learning something new can make it very difficult, confusing, expensive and overwhelming and could make it very difficult for you to achieve your desired result. 3) There is no system or structure for learning - Learning how to make money online is a learned skill, just like any other off-line career/job/trade and requires 4 important factors for it to be successful. 1. A plan that starts with the basics and step by step takes you to new more advanced strategies. 2. You - You must be willing to make sacrifices and work hard to get to your target and desired

This is where people fail - the combination of having no plan to follow and people quitting when the tough get going. *This could be the ultimate factor that determines your success or failure in any online or off-line business start-up. In anything you do for that matter - only YOU can change your circumstances. 3. Constant learning and mentoring - There is not enough coaches that have the time to do oneon-one coaching and mentoring. When we go to college, there is a teacher that instructs and is there to provide assistance with difficulties and challenges. 4. You must be passionate about your service/product/niche. This is something you see for example with Tiger Woods - he loves golf and wants to continually get better - it is his purpose. If you are passionate and enthusiastic about something, it is not work to you. Instead, your passion for what you are doing, propels you forward when the times get tough (because they will get tough) and gets you through to your desired result. A common mistake people make is "chasing after money", instead of taking their passion and building an online business around their passion. The money will soon follow and grow.
