Slide 20: Member Directory One of the most powerful features of MIN is the ability to network. Every member can create a professional profile which is displayed in the Member Directory. Using the directory, members can create connections with peers; send quick messages; find expertise and more.
Slide 21: Region-Wide Search The MIN community search crawls every manufacturing web site in the region. This means that you can find any company, product or service related to manufacturing in the region right from the MIN. Every manufacturer also receives a free advertising on the search results page for their company.
Slide 22: Resource Centre The Resource Centre is your “wikipedia” for manufacturing in the Waterloo Region and beyond. It is an ideal resource for finding publications, videos, web sites and/or important links. Every member of MIN can share knowledge, expertise and links with other members.

This is an ideal resource when you are looking for specific products or services manufactured in the Waterloo Region. Company profiles can be searched or browsed by industry sector or alphabetically.

Ideal for companies with limited resources and/or budget or companies advertising a new product or service. KEY WORD ads are 15 word text ads which are placed on any search results page. Rich Media Ads The RICH MEDIA ad program is ideal for companies who want to advertise using rich text formats like graphics, Adobe Flash and video. RICH MEDIA ads are placed on selected sub pages with the MIN community. Home Page Ads Sample Rich Media Ad The HOME PAGE ad program is our most prestigious advertising program.
