So let's be honest with ourselves, if your reading this it's because you either want to be in shape and in good health or learn something new to add to your routine. That's why I will be showing you things that will make you stay in shape and foods that will make you have a great body. Let's talk about staying in shape first. We all want to be in shape and be able to show everyone around us what we have worked so hard on, but to be honest I know how difficult it can be to break a little food rule that you may haven't wanted to do. Like perhaps eating some candy or just eating to eat to find a way out of anxiety maybe. So one important thing to do is really focus on what you truly want and you will get it if you put your mind to it. Therefore, whenever you feel that doing a something, but you know that something will be a regret later on don't do it. Meanwhile, do something that will keep you mind busy from doing that certain action. What are some exercises you can do to stay in shape? Well some exercises you can do may be doing push-ups at home or whenever you have time. Push-ups are great to build your biceps and give your arms form. You can perform a routine of as much push-ups as you can then after that doing routines of 10 till you can no more, while taking breaks in between that are not to long, but not to short, Try to keep it challenging. Another exercise can be sit-ups, I love sit-ups because they tone your ab parts and are really easy and simple to do. You may do a routine of all you can do sit-ups, next doing a countdown from 20 to 0 then 19 to 0, and so on till you reach 1 to 1. This workout will really keep your body in shape and burn that extra belly with the right diet I will be explaining shortly. Diet plays a huge role in staying in shape because without eating the right things you can be in the path of obesity, which leads to many other things like diabetes and so on. Food meals are usually three per day so I would recommend you to keep them as many meals possible throughout the day and that are snack sizes. For example instead of eating three big meals day you can eat several, but small portions like fruit and vegetables. Meat should be a small proportion since it's hard for you body to digest. Drink plenty of water throughout the day since it will give your body the hydration it needs. Last, processed foods, they are really bad for you since they include many chemicals and fast foods are also bad for you so stick to cooking with olive oil, it's healthier.
