I have only been out of school for a few years now so I remember all the latest crazes going through the dorms by the girls searching for fast ways to lose weight. They'd do things that made me think that can't be healthy. My friend latterly told me that she had some great tips on losing weight and she was going to try them out. Being a person who always loves to learn about new fitness tricks, I wanted to hear them out. After hearing them, red flags right away went up. Yes, these were fast ways to lose weight, but I highly doubted they were healthy. This got me to thinking, what are examples of the Fast Ways to Lose weight that I mostly hear about but would never try because I just don't believe they are safe tips on losing weight! I would keep away from these fast ways to lose weight! So what are Healthy Fast Ways to Lose Weight? You probably don't want to hear it, but a nutritive diet and proper exercising is best. If you already read How to Lose Belly Fat, you almost certainly should. A few of these tips on losing weight that are out there may be outright threatening. Many of them I don't even know about! I am sure if I went back to my old varsity today and spoke to a few of the scholars around campus that were facing the freshman 15 (many of us gain 15lbs their freshman year of college), a large amount of them would let me know about the new fast ways to lose weight that would probably raise red flags in my head! The Under 1000 Calorie Diet-I just don't know how one could expect to try this diet without being fully drained! Our body demands calories to function, depleting the body of calories can be deleterious to our health and can lead us to a scarcity of important vitamins and nutrients as well as necessary for energy! In addition, plenty of the people that have followed the 1000 calories tips on losing weight have shed pounds, but have not looked toned or ripped. This is perhaps because they're ingesting so few calories that the body has to break down the muscles just to supply fuel for its daily functions. Slide 2: If you have never used a sauna suit before it is one of the quickest strategies to get rid of some weight, water weight that is. You basically put on a vinyl or plastic suit which has elastic on any opening to prevent heat from escaping. The heat just stays inside the suit and you basically sweat off the weight. While more energy is being exerted ( heat=energy ), and you are shedding weight, most of it actually is water weight. Now, onto my story with the sauna suit. I had a fight coming up at 165lbs and at the time I was 172lbs. Hence a fellow I used to train with told me employing a sauna suit was one of the best fast ways to lose weight he ever tried. I wasn't hoping to lose blubber, just weight so I gave it a go out. Well, if you are going to use this thing, ensure you drink plenty of water! After doing a few rounds on the jump rope, I began to feel a shivering in my hands and a flushing sensation in my face. I went into the bathroom at the gymnasium to throw some water on my face and at that point, I started to get intensely short of breath. I then passed out and awakened in an ambulance, I had been dehydrated. Cabbage Soup Diet-I'm not one hundred pc convinced on these tips on losing weight just yet. I've read on some sites where they allow you to have meat and other things besides cabbage on occasion. That information I don't discount. It's the sites that tell folk to eat nothing but Cabbage soup for an entire week that I become leary of. This is similar to the thousand calorie diet or the celery diet that became so famous a few years gone ( which I also do not advise ). I simply cannot see how you can get the correct quantity of vitamins and nutrients to sustain your unexceptional life functions. Also, from what I remember, Cabbage is kind of a purgative so once again, you probably won't be dumping fat. Instead, you'll lose water weight and waste weight.
