Slide 1: ==== ==== For the latest and greatest workout yet and to view a free demo video follow the url here: http://tinyurl.com/ultimate-body ==== ==== Developing a new workout routine can be the key to your fitness success. Changing your workout routine every 6 to 8 weeks is important if you want your body to change. Your body gets used to doing the same old thing and that doesn't spark the motor neurons to change your physique. In this article, I will explain what is involved in developing a new workout routine. When choosing what to do for exercise, it is important to keep changing it for many reasons. But, one of the most important reasons is so that we don't get bored! Boredom in exercising can cause a person to stop exercising all together. So, it's important to find a workout routine that you enjoy. We all end up with 'favorite's' when it comes to movements, weight lifting, aerobics, or exercise. If you are constantly lifting weights, you might want to try out some of the aerobics classes that are available. You can learn new workout routines in a structured class from a knowledgeable teacher. Remember, aerobics isn't just for girls. Classes are now designed with men in mind. The classes can keep you motivated and they are always changing. So, you can find a kickboxing class, spin class, or even a boot camp can be a lot of fun. Remember to change it up often! Don't let your body get too used to something. When developing a new routine to do, you may want to consider a core workout. Core workouts can target the entire body during your workout. Targeting the core can benefit you in the sense that you are utilizing your time in the gym better. No one wants to spend the entire day in the gym to get benefits. I know I don't! So, in putting your workout together, you want to get the entire body. Choose two exercises for each muscle group. Muscle groups are chest, triceps, biceps, abdominal muscles, legs, shoulders, and back. So, choose two different exercises for each muscle group. I like to do higher repetitions, like 20 of each exercise. I try not to lift weights the old school way, where you do twenty reps, and then just sit there on the machine and wait for a couple minutes before doing the next set. I feel this doesn't utilize the time in the gym. If you go from doing a leg exercise, to a triceps exercise, there is no reason to rest in between. Your muscle's are getting the rest they need by doing a different muscle group. This should give you a bit of an idea of somewhere to start for your new workout routines!
