NEW YORK - Apple Inc. said Tuesday its next-generation operating system, Mac OS X “Leopard,” will go on sale Oct. 26 for $129.
Apple’s online store is taking pre-orders.
Apple had planned to ship Leopard in June, but said in April it needed to divert resources so it could launch the much-anticipated iPhone on time.
