Sure, the bodybuilding stuff is silly. The marathon muscle pumping workouts aren't worth the paper they're printed on. The stuff they feature in the magazines is pretty much worthless. But when it comes to serious, no-nonsense, effective strength training for drug-free lifters - stuff that works for skinny bastards - there are MANY "Best" weight training routine and highly effective ways to train.
