Slide 8: CASE 1
Client needing backup of all the PCs on to a server on a regular basis.
One of our clients needed to take a backup of all the PCs on a given day of every week. The network had a setup of 6 Workstations and a Server. This was easily achieved by connecting to the Server using a Remote PC Support software by one of our support technicians. After that, the support technician would connect to each workstation from the Server and backup all the designated data on to the Server. This is an established routine now with the client, and it is done on a weekly basis. The client does not need to hire a full time employee just for this purpose. Moreover, the support technician can gain control of the Server only with the client's authorization.

Client having trouble with malware.
A typical case of an otherwise normally functioning PC becoming sluggish. A client required help with his sluggish PC. One of our support technicians connected to the Client's PC using Remote support software and did a thorough check of the system. He found the PC to be infected by Malware which was terribly slowing down the PC. As the technician was very much adept with the functioning of this Virus, he could easily disinfect the Client's PC by taking appropriate action, within 10 minutes from the time the Client made the call.
